The Motricité Cérébrale Institute organizes a training on pain management, July 11 et 12, 2013, entitled “Pain management for people with IMC/PC: how to recognize and prevent it”, in the premises of the Institute, Paris 15.
This prize will be awarded by La Fondation Motrice and Sodiaal to a researcher, a physician or an engineer who has carried out work essential to a better understanding of the role of the mouth in early cognitive development.
It is bestowed for a particularly significant body of work rather than a single discovery.
Most importantly, this work must include attempts to question or use the integration of perception, action, cognition and/or interaction with the environment.
Priority will be given to multi-disciplinary works and international-level team.
The applicant must be the project leader of the body of work presented.
Children and Adults with Cerebral Palsy
All research projects in fundamental, applied or technological research, allowing progress in understanding, preventing, caring, therapy and rehabilitation for persons with CP.
We strongly encourage projects involving a medical team.
Supporting either:
- One year Research scholarships (Masters, PhD. or Post-doctoral level) with their operational expenses (missions, publication expenses)
-Temporary staff (one year)
Selection of candidates will take place in two steps:
-Letter of intent
-Complete research proposal application, only for the pre-selected candidates
