Trois associations, en partenariat avec le ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, ont réuni leurs motivations, leur expérience et leurs moyens pour donner corps à La Fondation Motrice :

 

L’APETREIMC (Association for the Therapeutical Education and rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy) was created in 1978. It supports children and their families, starting in kindergarden through their integration in main-stream or special education school environments. It implements education and rehabilitation actions.

 

 

La SESEP (Society of Studies and Care for Paralysed and Malformed Children) was created in 1947. Its activity evolved from bringing health care to children with poliomyelitis to welcoming and caring for babies and children with motor impairment.

 

 

Le CDI (Centre for Documentation and Information in the field of Cerebral Palsy) was founded in 1959. It brings together medical professionals specialized in Cerebral Palsy. It organizes conferences, training sessions, and helps to create workgroups at the local and regional level, etc.

 

 

Passe R aile APETREIMC It implements concrete solutions to increase the autonomy of adults with Cerebral Palsy and to mitigate their handicap.
